Mai-Tai

Ingredients

• 60 ml Camikara 3YO
• 10 ml Monin Blood Orange Syrup
• 10 ml Monin Almond Syrup
• 15 ml Lime Juice
• 50 ml Orange Juice
• 50 ml Pineapple Juice
• Orange or Pineapple Slice for garnish
• Glass: Collins

Method

1. Add the rum and all the other ingredients in the mentioned quantity.
2. Pour the drink over ice and stir properly.
3. Garnish the glass with a pineapple or orange slice and enjoy!

Jacob’s Creek Sparkling Scarlet Spritz

Ingredients

• 75 ml Jacob’s Creek Sparkling Wine
• 25 ml Pomegranate Juice
• 25 ml Cranberry Juice
• Simple Syrup, Optional
• Pomegranate Jewels to Garnish
• Cranberry, optional

Method

1. Ensure that the sparkling wine and juices are well chilled.
2. Pour the pomegranate and cranberry juice into a chilled tulip or flute glass.
3. Gently pour the Jacob’s Creek Sparkling wine.
4. Garnish with pomegranate (and cranberries) and serve.

Ballantine’s Cinnamon Old Fashioned

Ingredients

• 50 ml Ballantine’s 7 American Barrel Whisky
• 10 ml Cinnamon Syrup
• 4 Dashes Orange Bitters
• Ice Cubes
• Orange peel for garnish

Method

1. Add Ballantine’s 7 American Barrel Whisky and cinnamon syrup to a whisky glass with a few cubes of ice.
2. Add bitters and stir for 30 seconds.
3. Garnish with an orange peel.

Jacob’s Creek Unvined Riesling Strawberry Fling

Ingredients

• 2 fresh Strawberries
• 1 tsp Sugar
• 30 ml Lime Juice
• 120 ml Unvined Riesling
• Hibiscus flower or half strawberry for garnish

Method

1. Muddle the strawberries and sugar together.
2. Add Unvined Riesling and lime juice to the mix and shake well.
3. Double strain into a martini glass over a hibiscus flower.
4. Add the strawberry to the side of the glass and serve.

Absolut’s Sea Breeze

• Ice Cubes
• 45 ml Absolut Vodka
• 80 ml Grapefruit Juice
• 45 ml Cranberry Juice
• 1 Wheel Lime

Method

1. Fill a highball glass with ice cubes.
2. Measure and add the vodka.
3. Measure and add the grapefruit juice.
4. Mix in the cranberry juice.
5. Garnish with a lime wheel and enjoy!
