4 Summer Cocktails Recipes That Are Easy To Follow And Will Keep You Cool:

1. Blue Sparkles

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Russian Standard Vodka
  • 1 oz Blue Curaçao
  • 0.5 oz Lime Juice
  • 0.5 oz Simple Syrup
  • Top up of Villa Sandi Il Fresco Prosecco Treviso Brut
  • Lime wheel and a Mint sprig for garnish.

Method:

  1. Put some ice in a shaker and add combine the vodka, blue curaçao, lime juice and simple syrup.
  2. Shake well and strain into a Tom Collins glass
  3. Top up with a splash of processo and garnish with a lime wheel and mint sprig.

2. Mai Tai

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Viva El Ron White Rum
  • 1/2 oz Cointreau (Orange Liqueur)
  • 1/2 oz Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1/4 oz Orgeat Syrup
  • 1/4 oz Simple Syrup
  • Lime wheel or Mint sprig to garnish

Method:

  1. Combine all your ingredients in a shaker, add ice and shake for 20 minutes.
  2. Pour the frothy mixture into a Tiki Mug
  3. Garnish it with a lime wheel or mint sprig

3. Cuervo Tropical Sunrise

Ingredients:

  • 60ml Jose Cuervo Especial Silver Tequila
  • 120-150ml of fresh Orange Juice
  • 5ml of Grenadine Syrup

Method:

  1. Take a chilled Hi-ball or Collins glass and pour 60ml of tequila in.
  2. Then, add the Grenadine syrup and orange juice and stir to mix.
  3. Serve it straight or with a slice of orange to garnish.

4. English Garden

Ingredients:

  • 45ml Hayman’s Old Tom Gin
  • 25ml Orange Juice
  • 15ml Lime Juice
  • 15ml Elderflower Syrup
  • Lime wheel for garnish

Method:

  1. Add all ingredients to a shaker, add ice and stir for 20 seconds.
  2. Pour the mixture into a glass and garnish it with a lime wheel.
