Best Hairstyles Suga From BTS Has Sported Over The Years
Suga, from the sensational K-Pop group BTS, is not afraid to experiment when it comes to hairstyles. While he breaks record after record with his ability to spit powerful raps on stage, he has made sure that he always looks on point from head-to-toe.
The Valentino ambassador has a distinct sense of style that usually manifests through his love for experimenting with different colours and hairstyles. Over the years, Suga (or Min Yoongi) has sported a variety of colours, from bright reds to deep purple, and has played around with the length too.
More recently, the BTS rapper kept his hair long and flowing, almost down to his shoulders, much to his fans’ delight. However, now that Suga has begun his mandatory military service, he’s had to press pause on any daring hairstyles until 2025.

Back in 2021, Suga surprised the fans gathered to watch him perform onstage at the Permission to Dance On Stage concert in LA by debuting reddish-orange hair. He gave fans a closer look at the stunning hair colour during a post-concert live session but reverted to his black hair soon after this. However, this isn’t the first time Suga went ginger, he sported a similar shade during the ‘Danger‘ and ‘War of Hormone’ eras too.

One of the most iconic looks by Suga, the mint hair from 2015 is a fan-favourite. The look from the ‘Run’ music video is so beloved that fans began calling him ‘Mint Yoongi’. In a 2021 interview, however, Suga quashed hopes of Mint Yoongi returning when he said he wanted to stick to his black hair for a while.
