Grinch Cocktail
Ingredients
- 2 oz Vodka or Rum
- 1 oz Lime Juice
- 2 oz Melon Liqueur
- 1.5 oz Pineapple Juice
Method
- Combine vodka or rum, lime juice, melon liqueur and pineapple juice in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Shake vigorously until well-chilled.
- Strain the mixture into a glass.
- Garnish as desired.
Sugar Cookie Martini By Teon
Ingredients
- 2 oz Rumchata
- 1½ oz Vanilla Vodka
- 1½ oz Amaretto
- 1 oz Half-And-Half
- ½ oz Simple Syrup
- Marshmallow Fluff (for garnish)
- Red and Green Sprinkles (for garnish)
Method
- Rim the inside of a martini glass with marshmallow fluff, then coat in red and green sprinkles. Set aside.
- In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine Rumchata, vanilla vodka, amaretto, half-and-half and simple syrup.
- Shake vigorously for about 20 seconds until well-chilled.
- Strain the mixture into the prepared martini glass, creating a delightful ‘streaking’ effect.
- Serve immediately and savour the festive flavours of a Sugar Cookie Martini!
Classic White Christmas Margarita By Stephanie Wahler
Ingredients
- 0.5 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- 0.5 oz Agave
- 1 oz Canned Coconut Milk
- 1.5 oz Coconut Water
- 0.5 oz Orange Liqueur
- 1.5 oz Tequila
- Rosemary Sprigs
- Sweetened Coconut Flakes (for rim and garnish)
Method
- Rim a cocktail glass with agave and then dip into coconut flakes. Place the glass in the freezer while preparing the cocktail.
- In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine lime juice, agave, coconut milk, coconut water, orange liqueur and tequila.
- Shake until cold.
- Strain the mixture over ice into the prepared glass.
- Squeeze lime juice over a rosemary sprig and dip it into coconut flakes for garnish.
- Enjoy the refreshing taste of this Classic White Christmas Cocktail!
Cookies & Cream Cocktail By Jarrod Rickard
Ingredients
- 30 ml Vodka
- 30 ml Amaretto
- 60 ml Milk or Half-And-Half (or Baileys Irish Cream)
- 120 ml White Chocolate Sauce (melt down 3 rows of white chocolate with a dash of milk, stir until smooth and allow to cool)
Method
- In a shaker with ice, combine vodka, amaretto, milk (or Baileys) and white chocolate sauce.
- Shake well until the mixture is thoroughly chilled.
- Strain the martini into a glass and enjoy!
