60ml Longitude 77 Indian Single Malt Whisky

30ml Kashmiri Saffron Syrup

20ml Lime Juice

3 drops Egg White or Magic Velvet

1 Lemon Green

Garnish

Kashmiri Chilli Oil

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and dry shake.
  2. Add ice and shake well.
  3. Fine strain the mixture into a chilled Nick & Nora glass.
  4. Garnish with a few drops of saffron/chilli oil using a dropper.

60ml Longitude 77 Indian Single Malt Whisky

20ml Alphonso Mango Juice (aamras)

15ml Lime Juice

20ml Mint Syrup

30ml Cow Milk

Garnish

Slice of Ratnagiri Alphonso Mango or Mango Leather (Aam Papad)

Method

  1. Mix all ingredients in a cocktail shaker (except milk), add ice, and shake well.
  2. Strain the mixture and add milk, allowing it to settle. Filter through a coffee filter.
  3. Serve in an Old-Fashioned glass with an Ice Block.
  4. Garnish with a slice of Aam Papad.
