As a nod to season 2 of White Lotus‘ dreamy Italian setting, hair stylist Janine Thompson channelled ’50s Italian cinema sirens by creating voluminous, face-framing, shoulder-length curls on Jennifer Coolidge, who won for Best Performance by a Supporting Actress in a Limited Series. For her first ever Golden Globe win, she entrusted celebrity make-up artist Lilly Keys to make sure she was picture perfect, who revealed that the actress took inspiration from classic ’60s silver screen sirens, such as Brigitte Bardot and Sophia Loren for the look. The MUA also only used products from Victoria Beckham’s own make-up line to achieve the desired effect. Coolidge “already has a very Bardot look about her,” so Lilly highlighted her natural beauty with a dramatic but soft winged eyeliner, ’60s fluffy lashes, glowing, flushed skin, and nude lips.
