Ingredients

1 Onion

¼ cup Cherry Tomatoes

1 Cucumber

1 Green Capsicum

A handful of Coriander Leaves

Lemon Juice

¼ cup Rajma (kidney beans)

1 tsp Chaat Masala

Salt and Pepper

Method

  1. Soak the rajma (kidney beans) in water overnight.
  2. The next day, pressure cook the soaked rajma until tender. Allow them to cool and drain any excess water.
  3. Chop the onion, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and green capsicum.
  4. In a bowl, combine the chopped vegetables with the cooked rajma.
  5. Add lemon juice, chaat masala, salt, and pepper to the bowl.
  6. Garnish the salad with fresh coriander leaves.
