Perfect for everyone who’s on the go, the green goddess salad can stay in the refrigerator for up to a week and can still be as delicious as it was on day one.

Ingredients

For The Salad

  • 1 Small Green Cabbage
  • 1 Cucumber
  • ¼ Cup Chives
  • 1 Bunch Of Green Onions

For The Dressing

  • 1 Cup Basil Leaves
  • 1 Cup Fresh Spinach
  • 2 Cloves Of Garlic
  • 1 Small Shallot
  • Lemon Juice
  • Olive Oil
  • ¼ Cup Of Preferred Nuts
  • ⅓ Cup Nutritional Yeast
  • Rice Vinegar
  • Instructions
  • Salt

Step 1: Wash and finely chop all of your salad ingredients and add them to a large bowl.

Step 2: Next, take all the liquid ingredients for the salad dressing and add them to a blender. Once the liquids are well blended, add the rest of the dressing ingredients and blend it once again until the consistency is thick and smooth.

Step 3: Add the dressing to the large salad bowl and mix well. Voilà! Your green goddess salad is ready to be devoured. You can enjoy the salad on its own or you can add it to your sandwich, tacos, or even eat it with tortilla chips like a salsa!
