How did the rumours of Lisa and Frédéric dating begin?

Frédéric has self-confessedly been a longtime ‘Blink’ (the official name for the Blackpink fandom for the uninitiated). He even attended the group’s concert last November and shared a photo with the members on his Instagram.

He was later spotted with Lisa at several events, including the Bulgari Meditarranea High Jewellery Event in Venice back in May. The two were then seen hanging out in Paris, where Lisa was performing during Blacpink’s ongoing world tour.

A photo from their dinner date went viral and it was enough for Internet sleuths to turn their investigative eyes towards the rumoured couple.

Lisa recently shared photos from a vacation on Greece’s Zakynthos Island, the same spot where Frédéric’s sister-in-law and brother were vacationing, according to her Instagram.

While this wasn’t conclusive proof of their relationship, it did allow FredLisa shippers to believe that the two might be on a double date in the picturesque vacation spot.

More recently, the singer was photographed with the CEO at a private airport in Los Angeles, lending further weight to the relationship rumours.

What have Lisa and Frédéric been saying about the rumours?

So far, there hasn’t been any confirmation or denial about the relationship from Lisa or Frédéric. When rumours of Jennie and BTS’ Taehyung relationship began doing the rounds, Blackpink’s parent agency YG Entertainment jumped in with a statement about it. In Lisa and Frédéric’s case, there hasn’t been any word from the agency yet.
