For the experience, renowned French Chef Gerald Genson has curated a special menu comprising of authentic French delicacies, like a hearty French Onion soup or Duck Leg Confit with mesclun (a Provencal green salad made of edible leaves and flowers).

An executive chef at the Mandarin Oriental, Kuala Lumpur, Chef Genson has worked at several Michelin-starred restaurants and pop-ups, so he is no stranger to whipping up a menu that will transport you to France with a single bite.

“This special a la carte menu weaves flavours from distinct regions of France into one culinary tale. We are excited to showcase Chef Genson’s menu to our esteemed guests.
