In a momentous occasion, renowned Telugu actor Ram Charan and entrepreneur Upasana Kamineni have become proud parents to a beautiful baby girl. The joyous news was confirmed by Apollo Hospital Jubilee Hills in Hyderabad, where Upasana gave birth. The delighted parents and their little bundle of joy are reported to be in good health.

The heartwarming announcement was followed by a tweet from Ram Charan’s father, the legendary actor-politician Chiranjeevi, who expressed his happiness and pride. He warmly welcomed his precious granddaughter into the ‘Mega Family’ and conveyed the immense joy she has brought to her parents and grandparents.

“Welcome Little Mega Princess!! You have spread cheer among the Mega Family of millions on your arrival as much as you have made the blessed parents @AlwaysRamCharan & @upasanakonidela and us grandparents, Happy and Proud!! (sic),” Chiranjeevi wrote.

The internet erupted with joy as fans and followers flooded social media platforms with heartfelt congratulations, causing hashtags like #MegaPrincess to trend on Twitter.

Ram Charan, 38, and Upasana, 33, had shared their pregnancy news with a heartfelt message in December 2022, seeking the blessings of Lord Hanuman. “With the blessings of Shri Hanuman Ji, we are delighted to share that Upasana & Ram Charan are expecting their first child. With love & gratitude Surekha & Chiranjeevi Konideli, Shobana & Anil Kamineni (sic),” the couple announced.

The pair, who had been dating for several years, exchanged vows in 2012. Since then, they have shared numerous joyous moments, including multiple baby showers held in Hyderabad and Dubai. They even embarked on a memorable ‘babymoon’ to the United States, attending the Oscars 2023 ceremony.

On the professional front, the talented actor is gearing up for an exciting project. Charan is set to star in director Shankar’s highly-anticipated action film, Game Changer, alongside Kiara Advani. The film promises to enthrall audiences across Telugu, Tamil, and Hindi languages.

In addition to Charan and Advani, the star-studded cast includes SJ Suryah, Jayaram, Anjali, and Srikanth. Fans eagerly anticipate the film’s release, slated for later this year.
