Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s epic period drama Heeramandi, starring some of the most beautiful actresses in Bollywood and some of the most stunning costumes we’ve seen in recent times, is coming to Netflix right at the beginning of the month.
Speaking of period dramas with great costumes, Bridgerton is returning with a new season. The much-awaited story of Penelope and Colin will finally be available to be streamed, or at least part of it. The first part of the season releases this month, with the next one slated to stream in June.
Along with these new OTT releases, many critically acclaimed theatrical releases are making their way to the small screen, from Manjummel Boys to Madgaon Express.

Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s eagerly-anticipated foray into TV series is set in the 1940s and follows the lives of courtesans in pre-partition Lahore. The show stars Aditi Rao Hydari, Manisha Koirala, Sonakshi Sinha, Richa Chadha and Sanjeeda Shaikh, among others. The stunning costumes by Rimple and Harpreet Narula and the grand OST of the show are already creating waves.

The Idea Of You on Amazon Prime Video
Anne Hathaway and Nicholas Galitzine are bringing alive the amalgamation of all our favourite Wattpad stories from back then with this much-awaited rom-com. Based on Robine Lee’s eponymous novel, the movie follows the love story between a 40-year-old single mother and the 24-year-old lead singer of a popular boy band.
