The India Couture Week 2023 will begin on July 25 and will go on till August 2.

Where is the India Couture Week 2023 happening?

Like always, the event will happen in the capital city and will take place at the Taj Palace Delhi. While most shows will happen in the hotel, there are some that will be held off-site. You can take a look at the full schedule right here.

Which designer is opening for India Couture Week 2023?

This time around, designer duo Falguni Shane Peacock are going to kick off the event with a showcase inspired by the Renaissance.

What can we expect from India Couture Week 2023?

Ever since its inception in 2008, India Couture Week has been instrumental in shaping the Indian fashion landscape in extraordinary ways. In an interview with HELLO!, FDCI Chairman Sunil Sethi shared, “When it comes to weddings and other related events, lots of people started wearing things that were away from the traditional garments and that began with ICW. This is because designers used this platform to cater to a younger audience. They explored new colour palettes, materials, and silhouettes that were never seen before.”

The event is a space where designers present collections that explore timeless craftsmanship married to modern design sensibilities.

What designers are showcasing at the India Couture Week 2023?

Aside from Falguni Shane Peacock, there are many exciting names to look out for, including Tarun Tahiliani, Gaurav Gupta, Kunal Rawal, Varun Bahl, Anamika Khanna, Suneet Varma and more. Plus, designer Ritu Kumar is making a comeback after more than a decade to India Couture Week.
