After raising the bar for diverse casting and spectacles for fashion shows, Rihanna’s Savage x Fenty show is back for Volume 4. The televised experience showcases size-inclusive lingerie and seamlessly blends music with fashion.
Previous editions have featured compelling performances from artists like Normani, rapper Nas, Ricky Martin, and Daddy Yankee. Models Gigi Hadid, Emily Ratajkowski and Cindy Crawford, RuPaul’s Drag Race alumni Shea Couleé, Aquaria, and Gottmik have also walked for the show.
This year’s edition promises more exciting celebrity inclusions, like Brazillian singer Anitta, Burna Boy, Maxwell, Bella Poarch, actor Winston Duke, and Taraji P. Henson. Models like Cara Delevingne, Irina Shayk, Joan Smalls, Jordan Hill, and Precious Lee will also walk for the show.
The show has been lauded for breaking the mould regarding casting models from all backgrounds, races, sizes, ages, and gender identities. It also marks the launch of a new size-inclusive range of lingerie by the brand on Amazon and its own website.
Last year, the show earned itself an Emmy for Outstanding Choreography for Variety or Reality Programming.
