You Can Finally Start Manifesting A Freaky Friday Sequel

Freaky Friday is probably one of the best Disney live-action films of all time. Starring Lindsay Lohan and Jamie Lee Curtis, the movie revolves around Tess and her daughter Anna, who struggle to stay on the same page when it comes to most things. But one day, in a freak accident, their bodies get switched and they are forced to live each other’s lives. While the mother-daughter duo did struggle in the beginning, they soon started learning more about each other, thereby repairing their relationship.

Lee Curtis, who is currently on the press tour for her recent movie, Halloween Ends, was recently asked if she and her co-star Lohan would be up for a Freaky Friday sequel, and thankfully she is absolutely up to do a follow-up film. She even went on to share that she and Lohan are still very good friends and she recently spoke to the Mean Girls star while she was in Ireland shooting for her upcoming film, Irish Wish.

The You Again star even let us in on a tactic she uses when she’s talking to her celebrity friends. In an attempt to avoid getting scammed whenever her friends text her, she asks them a secret question, which only she and her friend know the answer to. Similarly, when Lohan texted Curtis, she shared, “She said, ‘Hey Jamie, it’s Lindsay,’ and I said, ‘Yeah? Prove it!’” She then went on to ask the Just My Luck actor which rap they were trying to learn while filming the iconic car scene. Spoiler alert, it was Justin Timberlake’s ‘Like I Love You’ and Lohan was able to answer the question without much effort. Looks like Jamie Lee Curtis’ security protocol totally works!

Isn’t that enough of a reason for you to manifest a sequel? We think yes!
