Kareena Kapoor has begun filming for her upcoming film The Devotion Of Suspect X in Kalimpong along with her co-stars, Vijay Sharma and Jaideep Ahlawat. The Jab We Met star took to Instagram to share some behind-the-scenes action from the first day of shoot. Kapoor can be seen getting her hair and make-up done as she sits by a picturesque backdrop of clouds and hills.
Directed by Sujoy Ghosh, the murder mystery film is an adaptation of a novel with the same title, written by the famous Japanese author, Keigo Higashino. The movie will be released on Netflix next year and will be Kareena’s first OTT release.
Enjoying her time on the set, Kareena Kapoor and her co-star Jaideep Ahlawat posed for a picture with Kapoor’s iconic pout. Kareena then reposted Ahlawat’s picture and captioned it, “Getting one of the finest performers to do his toughest performance… the pout!”
Meanwhile, Kareena Kapoor’s upcoming film, Laal Singh Chaddha just released its first song “Main Ki Karaan”. Starring alongside Aamir Khan, the film is said to be a remake of the iconic Hollywood classic, Forrest Gump. The much-awaited film is set to release on August 11, making this the duo’s third collaboration after 3 Idiots and Talaash: The Answer Lies Within.
