If she’s spending a lot of time outdoors, she makes sure to apply a good sunscreen.

Advani suggests opting for a non-sticky serum that hydrates your skin and makes it feel soft and glowy. Face serums give the collagen in your skin a boost, helping to keep it firm and plumping out fine lines and wrinkles. Fine lines and wrinkles are a normal part of skin maturation, but it is dullness and dryness which makes you look older than you are. By using a serum, your skin will be more radiant and full of colour.

A workout routine is as important as any other step of your skincare regime believes Advani, because exercise releases hormones (endorphins) that keep the skin lively and add to its overall glow.

“One thing I have learned as an actress over the last few years is to follow a good skincare regime, eat the right things, drink lots of fluids and have a balanced lifestyle. A mix of all those things is what makes you feel and look beautiful,” she revealed in an interview.

A brisk four-to-six-km walk, for example, provides an out-from-within radiance no highlighter can match. So have a routine that works for you in place if you want a healthy bod and dewy skin.

Starting The Day With Nutrients

Starting your day with some lukewarm water and lemon contributes to a healthy metabolism, cleanses your skin and the system, as well as refreshes your body.
