Everything We Know About Sidharth & Kiara’s Wedding

Gear up to witness the second B-Town shaadi of the year after Athiya Shetty and KL Rahul’s dreamy nuptials kicked off the celebrity wedding season in style! Another fan-favourite Bollywood couple is all set to get married in the first week of February.

Yes, we are talking about the Shershaah couple, Sidharth Malhotra and Kiara Advani. The buzz is that they will soon tie the knot and it seems the big fat Punjabi wedding prep has begun in full swing.

Although the couple has been rumoured to be dating for several years now, neither has overtly confirmed this. Looks like they will be following Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif’s precedent and make their relationship official with their first wedding picture.

As per sources, the sangeet and haldi ceremonies will take place on the same day. The next day, the duo will get married with their next of kin and friends like family in attendance, making it an all-heart affair. A lot of their common friends, industry colleagues and close family members have reportedly begun hunting for marigold and yellow-themed outfits for the haldi ceremony.

Advani has also discussed the sangeet playlist in Dubai with her friends, and needless to add, their blockbuster Shershaah song ‘Raatan Lambiyan’ is a part of the wedding playlist. As for the dates, their pre-wedding festivities might happen on February 4 and 5, and the couple will be wearing designer Manish Malhotra’s creations. The nuptials will be followed with two receptions, first in Delhi and then in Mumbai, as per reports.

As far as the wedding is concerned, it is likely to take place at the five-star Suryagarh hotel in Jaisalmer. Spilling the beans about the wedding venue and more, a source revealed, “Sid and Kiara loved the property and wanted to make it their location for the wedding. The guests will start flying two days before the pheras and stay at luxurious villas on the property. Given the huge size and stunning view from each room, the guests have been allotted special suites to meet their needs.”

From desert safaris and food stalls boasting traditional Rajasthani meals to luxury spa vouchers and folklore performances by Manganiyar artists beneath the Rajasthani skyline, guests are going to be in for a treat at the 3-day wedding extravaganza.

The main wedding ceremony is reportedly set to take place on February 6, 2023, and we couldn’t be more excited!
