For those of you who know your way around cars, the XC40 Recharge is one of the quickest cars in the space, making it possible to go from zero to 100 mph in less than five seconds. It also happens to be one of the most powerful cars amongst its ilk, with a power output of 408 hp and a massive peak torque of 660 Nm.
One of the biggest concerns with EVs is its battery. Aside from our cell phones, earphones, smartwatches, and the millions of other chargeable accessories to keep track of, it’s daunting to think that you have to worry about your car’s battery life too. The Volvo XC40 Recharge, however, comes equipped with a 78 kWh lithium-ion battery pack. The large battery helps the EV run for more than 400 km on a single charge. And if that’s not enough, you also get in-built Google infotainment, one pedal drive, and leather-free interiors!
