The Jaane Jaan actress joined other Bollywood celebrities at the Dadasaheb Phalke International Film Festival Awards recently. She looked like a vision in a gold Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla ensemble, gliding down the red carpet with the full skirt of her ensemble trailing behind her.

Styled by Rhea Kapoor, the custom asymmetrical multikali featured 60 panels adorned with thousands of mirrors hand embroidered by the label’s master craftsmen. The outfit was completed with a matching pauncha and an organza stole in a similar tone. She accessorised the look with a complementary choker necklace and a statement ring.

For her make-up, Kareena Kapoor went with a neutral and lit-from-within base, which is fast becoming her go-to make-up look and enhanced her eyes with a subtle smokey eye. She left her hair down in a glossy curtain to complete the ethereal effect.

Monochromatic looks are having a moment and Kareena Kapoor’s recent ensemble makes another strong case for you to try going single-toned with your looks this season.
