We recently caught up with Shubman Gill at the 40th anniversary of G-SHOCK, where the cricketer was named as the new brand ambassador of the watch company.
In between sharing his style inspirations with HELLO! and revealing whose watch collection he has an eye on, we got him to reveal his go-to perfume.
“It keeps changing,” he shared, “It mostly depends on the season and month.” Upon further prodding, the cricketer said, “Lately I’ve been drawn to Oud-y scents. One of my favourites is from Bond No. 9.”

Many perfumers have begun giving the rich and intoxicating Oud scent a modern twist by pairing it with notes of citrus and tobacco.
Shubman Gill, like many oud fans, loves the warm and intense scent of oud. His favourite perfume of the moment, Bond No.9 New York Oud, pairs the potent ingredient with red plum, saffron, orange zest, red rose, orris, patchouli, musk, honey and vetiver.
