Ingredients:

  • 60ml Grant’s Triple Wood Scotch Whisky
  • 5ml Sugar Syrup
  • 2-3 dashes of Angostura bitters
  • Orange Peel

Method:

  1. In a cocktail shaker, add ice, 60ml of whisky, sugar syrup, a couple dashes of Angostura bitters and shake well.
  2. Pour over ice in a whisky glass.
  3. Garnish with an orange peel.

Ingredients:

  • 60 ml Monkey Shoulder Original Scotch Whisky
  • 20ml fresh Lemon Juice
  • 2 tsp Jam
  • Orange Bitters
  • 1 Egg White (or 2 tbsp of Aquafaba)

Method:

  1. Add all ingredients to a shaker.
  2. Add fresh ice and shake.
  3. Strain into an ice-filled glass.

  • Premium Soda Water

Method:

  1. Fill a glass with ice and let it chill. Stir periodically.
  2. Drain the cold water.
  3. Then, pour 1 part whisky and top the glass with soda water to taste. We recommend a 1:3 ratio.
  4. Garnish with fresh lemon wedge.
