Al Khor Park

One of the most popular spots for families vacationing in Qatar, Al Khor Park offers several fun activities, including engaging with animals through its small zoo, a waterfall, a miniature golf course, a skating area, a basketball court, and many restaurants.

Desert Falls Water & Adventure Park

Located in Hilton Salwa Beach Resort and Villas, this is one of the largest theme parks in the Middle East. It has more than 50 rides, 18 attractions, and various pools that offer exciting water activities, and other adrenaline-fuelled experiences for both kids and adults.

Museum of Illusions

A fun and educational experience for kids, the Museum of Illusions is a must-visit. Through various mind-bending illusions and installations, kids can learn a lot about the human brain and its connections to perception, science, and vision.

Angry Birds World Entertainment Park

This one-of-a-kind theme park can be an exciting stop on your vacation in Qatar. It features more than 20 indoor and outdoor activities, an Angry Bird Go-Karting experience and plenty of shops and food outlets to keep the adults entertained while the kids run free.

Quest

If you love thrilling roller coasters, you cannot miss Quest. Located downtown in Msheireb, this over-the-top theme park has more than 30 rides, including the EpiQ Coaster, the world’s tallest indoor roller coaster. Aside from this, there are a number of attractions for all kinds of people (and ages) including laser tag and a number of carnival games.

Desert trip

You cannot visit Qatar without experiencing the grandeur of the desert that it’s built upon. Take your family with you to have the best of time amidst the dunes and indulge in camel rides, quad biking, paragliding, and dune bashing. Here, you can also visit the Inland Sea and take in the unique experience of seeing waves gently touching desert sand. End the desert adventure with a night of glamping under the stars.

Gondolania

This theme park is located in the famous Villagio Mall and offers attractions like an outdoor Ferris wheel, bumper cars, an Olympic-sized ice-skating rink, a 4-D movie theatre, monorail and a soft play area for the young ones. You can also take a Gondola ride through the mall and relax with your family.

The Pearl

This island near the central West Bay area features Mediterranean-style marinas that are perfect for spending time with your family on a vacation. Aside from world-class restaurants and premium retail offerings, the island also hosts Megapolis, a huge family entertainment hub. It features a bowling alley, pool tables, car racing, golf simulators, and other arcade games. For younger children, there’s Minipolis where they can try their hands at wall rock climbing, have fun with inflatable games, and have the best time of their lives in the Lego area.
