It’s January and the steadily low temperatures mean that the motivation to get out of your warm and cosy bed in the morning is at an all-time low. However, Disha Patani is here with truckloads of motivation to cross all fitness goals from your 2023 resolutions lists.
Patani has never been shy in sharing what it takes to maintain her svelte and fit figure. The actress clocks in several hours at the gym and dance studios every day and has Instagram workout video clips to prove it.
More recently, the Malang actress shared a short video of herself decked up in workout gear and completing a kickboxing routine. While it was nothing out of the ordinary, the choice of background music made ARMYs all around the world sit up and take note.
Patani had set her kickboxing routine to the tune of BTS’ most recent single ‘Run BTS’ from their last album Proof. The song had gone viral on TikTok and Instagram following the band’s first live performance of the track at the Yet To Come in Busan concert last October, where the group debuted the song’s much-anticipated choreography.
This is not the first time that Patani has proven her BTS Army credentials. When asked about her favourite track by the Korean band, the actress replied, “Pied Piper”, which is a relatively lesser-known track by the group.
