The Euphoria Oklahoma Bathroom Scene Got Bratz-ified

In case you missed it, the unforgettable and memeable Oklahoma bathroom scene from Euphoria, starring Cassie (Sydney Sweeney), Maddy (Alexa Demie) and Kat (Barbie Ferreira) just got a Bratz Doll makeover, and it’s perfect! Don’t you love it when worlds collide?

If you have been feeling empty ever since season two of HBO’s super hit show Euphoria wrapped up in late February, the Bratz Dolls have got you covered. Yes, you read that right! In true “never let anyone know your next move” style, Bratz have just recreated that one scene that everyone kept seeing on Instagram irrespective of whether they watched the show.

For the unversed, we first got a taste of the Oklahoma bathroom scene when the trailer for season 2 of Euphoria premiered in December 2021. The intense moment finally arrived when episode three premiered and we got to see what went down between the two soon-to-be estranged besties.

The scene focuses on Cassie Howard, Maddy Perez and Kat Hernandez and is rounded off with a cameo from Zendaya herself as Rue and Maude Apatow as Lexi. Here is the video, in case you need your memory jogged.

As if the original clip wasn’t iconic enough on its own, now we have been blessed with a Bratz version for the pop-culture history archives. The remake was released on the official Bratz’s TikTok account a few days ago with the caption: “Already thinking about Euphoria season 3 and Halloween 2023, tbh!!”

Featuring the original dialogue and sound from Euphoria, the clip sees the Bratz doll avatars of Kat, Maddy, and Cassie engaged in the same interaction with clothes that are an exact replica of the ones the actors wore, with some bonus Bratz-approved platform shoes. The meticulously created 3D animated scene even got the East Highland High School bathroom perfectly right.

After the familiar scene plays, the camera zooms out, and the scene cuts to our beloved Y2K icons Yasmin, Cloe, Sasha, and Jade actually watching Euphoria (the Bratz version, that is) on their TV. In less than 24 hours, the clip has amassed close to 20 million views, and is even making the viral rounds on Twitter.
