7 New TV Shows And Movies We’re Excited To Watch Online In July 2022

A new month and a whole new set of TV shows and movies to look forward to. This month gets kicked off by the much-anticipated return of Stranger Things 4 Volume 2, after five whole weeks. It also marks the return of Karan Johar’s iconic Koffee With Karan after the director teased fans that the show might not return to television screens after all. Aside from these old favourites returning with new episodes, there are also some exciting new titles to look forward to. Here are some of the TV shows and movies we’re excited to stream online this month…

Stranger Things Volume 4 Part 2 (July 1)

Fans all over the world won’t have to wait any longer to find out what happened to their favourite Hawkins residents. The second volume of the fourth season is here with two long and exciting episodes that will reveal what happens when the gang goes against Vecna.

Koffee With Karan (July 7)

After shocking fans by announcing that the show will not come on air anymore, Karan Johar revealed that the new season of Koffee With Karan will air exclusively on Disney+ Hotstar. The excitement levels of fans have gone through the roof, considering it promises a thrilling chance for them to get a peek into the secret lives of their favourite celebrities.

Ranveer vs Wild With Bear Grylls (July 8)

Ranveer Singh has recruited adventurer Bear Grylls to help him get a rare flower for Deepika Padukone. The flower in question only grows in a remote location in Serbia, which can be accessed via wild animals-infested jungles and steep cliffs. Viewers can enjoy the second-hand thrill of watching Singh brave the elements in an interactive reality adventure special. This means you can select if the Bollywood superstar would get to eat maggots or boar testicles for dinner out in the wild!

After wowing audiences with his performance as Abhishek Tripathi in Panchayat, Jitendra Kumar is back to our small screens with this heartwarming sports dramedy. The story follows a small town magician and his quest to win a local football match to marry the girl he loves.

Jane Austen’s novels have found their way to the screens several times over the years. This time it’s an adaptation of her novel about second chances, Persuasion. The movie stars Dakota Johnson in the lead, along with Cosmo Jarvis, Nikki Amuka-Bird, Richard E. Grant, and Henry Golding.

The Gray Man (July 22)

This action-thriller is the most expensive movie ever made by Netflix, with a production budget of $200 million. Based on the 2009 novel by Mark Greaney, the story is about CIA’s most skilled mercenary who uncovers some agency secrets that trigger a worldwide network of assassins to target him. The movie stars Ryan Gosling, Chris Evans, Dhanush, Ana de Armas, and Regé-Jean Page.

Good Luck Jerry (July 29)

Janhvi Kapoor stars in this remake of the Tamil film Kolamaavu Kokila, along with Deepak Dobriyal and Sushant Singh. The black comedy revolves around a woman who wants to earn money to support her family but ends up becoming a part of a cocaine smuggling ring.
