Disney just released the trailer of their upcoming animated film, Strange World and we are blown away. Taking on the epic journey, Jake Gyllenhaal, who was last seen in the film, Ambulance, will be voicing the lead character of the film, Ethan Clade, who is the son of a steadfast explorer. Ethan, along with his family of famous explorers, gets transported into a strange new world, which pushes the family to go on an expedition that is beyond their wildest imaginations. As the family travels through a realm beyond space and time, the challenges they face force them to let go of their differences and come together as a family to finally return home.
The action-adventure film is directed by Don Hall, who has blessed us with some major Disney hits like Big Hero 6 and Raya and the Last Dragon alongside writer Qui Nguyen, who has co-written Raya and the Last Dragon. A film filled with mystery and a bit of spooky adventure, Strange World will be premiering in November 2022.
