In an appearance on Mini Mathur’s YouTube channel, the actress prepared her go-to avocado and banana smoothie. All you need is half an avocado, bananas, mint leaves, spinach leaves, chia seeds, coconut oil, lemon juice, water, ice cubes, and cocoa powder. Blend it all together and enjoy a healthy and delicious treat.

The actress’ nutritionist took to Instagram to reveal her post-workout smoothie recipe. To recover after a strenuous workout, Singh enjoys this high-on-protein drink. To make it yourself, add coconut milk, water, whey protein powder, flax seeds, and bananas to the blender. You can sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon and cardamom powder after you’re done. If you think it’s not sweet enough, add a bit of honey to make it sweeter.
