NESS, the latest addition to the vibrant dining scene of Mumbai, has made a stunning debut at Trident, Nariman Point. Nestled at the edge of the hotel’s lobby and offering breathtaking views of the Arabian Sea, NESS isn’t just another bar—it’s a tribute to the cosmopolitan essence of Mumbai, blending dynamic energy with warm hospitality.

The name “NESS,” derived from the Gaelic word for a promontory extending into the sea, captures the spirit of this venue perfectly. With its open, airy design, lush greenery and an expansive sea-facing deck, NESS offers an inviting ambiance that is both stylish and cozy, accentuated by mustard and green furnishings. This venue is truly an embodiment of Mumbai-dynamic, inclusive and vibrant, much like the city. Look no further if you’re craving a drink on the deck, a quick bite with friends, or a charming spot for a date night. This versatile spot has everything you need!

The culinary offerings at NESS are as diverse as the city it represents. The menu caters to every palate, featuring local favorites like Akuri Keema Taco, Avocado “Bhajji,” and Sabudana Butter Fruit Bhel, alongside gourmet delights such as Miso Cod and Lamb Merguez. The innovative drink selection is equally impressive, with creative cocktails like the Yellow Pages, Berry Spritz, Marines Sour and Saffron Sunset Sipper, each celebrating Mumbai’s sunny disposition and rich flavours.

What We Tried And Loved:

  • Artisanal Cheese Board: A must-try with housemade cheeses, crackers and pretzels that were nothing short of spectacular.
  • The Eod: Delightfully refreshing raspberry and gin cocktail topped with an edible charcoal tuile, showcasing NESS’s commitment to innovative drinks made with housemade syrups.
  • Immature Soybean: A guilt-free appetizer perfect for truffle and edamame lovers with a sprinkle of Maldon sea salt.
