Another exciting step in the alliance between Oberoi Hotels and Resorts and Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, the Oberoi Bar Experience is calling upon famous mixologist Kim Jung Hoo from MO Bar Singapore to India for a unique experience filled with exotic cocktails, delicious food, breathtaking views, great music, and the Oberoi’s exemplary service at Cirrus 9 at The Oberoi, New Delhi and The Eau Bar at The Oberoi, Mumbai.
The expert mixologist has created an exclusive cocktail menu that has been inspired by the famed Volume Four cocktail menu from the MO Bar, Singapore. Kim Jung Hoo is known for bold and innovative flavours and progressive techniques which means this is a night out you don’t want to miss!
On the special menu are drinks like the Full Moon, one of MO Bar’s best-selling cocktails. The drink originates from South Korea and has rice paper rum paired with hints of Asian pear and refreshing wheatgrass. Another exciting addition is Holi, a drink made of gin, buttermilk, and a variety of spices. Needless to say, the drink is inspired by the festival of colours and its vibrant shades. The mixologist takes the business of giving you a tropical vacation in a glass very seriously because the menu also has drinks like the Maya, which is a drink inspired by the mango festival of Gumaras in the Philippines and is a mocktail blend of the sweetest mangos, tangy tamarind, and pineapple tepache.
