An executive chef at the Mandarin Oriental, Kuala Lumpur, Chef Genson has worked at several Michelin-starred restaurants and pop-ups, so he is no stranger to whipping up a menu that will transport you to France with a single bite.
“This special a la carte menu weaves flavours from distinct regions of France into one culinary tale. We are excited to showcase Chef Genson’s menu to our esteemed guests.
