And, since celebrity diets are a source of much intrigue online, we did some digging and discovered one of her go-to smoothie recipes packed with essential nutrients. Kaif’s personal diet took the internet by storm when food blogger Prachi Agarkar (@lets_eat_with_prachi) recreated the now-viral avocado smoothie recipe and shared it on Instagram.
Right off the bat, it looks like a super-easy recipe and is loaded with the goodness of healthy ingredients like chia seeds, spinach, coconut oil and the likes. The Tiger Zinda Hai star shared the aforementioned smoothie recipe on Mini Mathur’s food show The Mini Truck in 2017. During the episode, she even listed the exact ingredients of the smoothie on a piece of paper, which has now resurfaced on the internet.

4-5 Mint/Pudina Leaves
4-5 Spinach Leaves
1 tsp Chia Seeds
1 tsp Coconut Oil
1 tsp Lemon Juice
2 pcs Ice Cubes
1 tsp Cocoa Powder
Simply blitz the ingredients together in a blender and serve the smoothie chilled.
