While the dish is mouth-wateringly delicious, it does tend to make quite a dent in our wallets every time we make a trip to the restaurant. Thankfully, the TikTok gods have heard our prayers and given us a sushi recipe that we can try and enjoy at home. But it comes with a twist- it’s baked! Introduced by Mimi Qui Reyes, the Sushi Bake is the new food phenomenon that has taken over the internet, and here is how you can make it yourself.

To Make The Crab And Shrimp Filling
Step 1: Add chopped crab meat, raw shrimp, cream cheese, kewpie mayonnaise, sriracha, sesame oil, soy sauce, and lime juice in a bowl and mix them well.
Assembling And Baking The Sushi
Step 1: Before you start assembling the sushi, preheat the oven to 425°F.
Step 2: While the oven is getting preheated, take a 9x9 baking pan and add a layer of sushi rice to the bottom of the pan.
Step 3: Follow it up by sprinkling some furikake on the top. After that, top it up with a layer of the crab and prawns mixture and put it in the oven to bake for 15-20 minutes until it’s golden on the top.
Step 4: Once it has cooled down a bit, scoop the sushi, wrap it with crispy seaweed and enjoy!
