Jawad’s pasta chips focus on substituting the need to snack on fried potato chips with binging on healthy, air-fried pasta chips instead. So, if you are looking for an easy-to-make snack that will blow your mind, this one’s for you.
Here is how you can make the trending air-fried pasta chips at home:
- Pasta of your choice
- Parmesan Cheese
- Olive Oil
- Garlic Powder
- Garlic (For The Chip Dip)
- Greek Yogurt (For The Chip Dip)
- Feta Cheese (For The Chip Dip)
To Make The Pasta Chips
Step 1: In a big pot, add water with lots of salt and cook your preferred pasta al dente.
Step 2: Then, drain the pasta water and transfer the pasta into a large mixing bowl.
Step 3: Once you have transferred the pasta and it’s cooled down, add olive oil, grated parmesan cheese, and spices such as oregano and garlic powder into the bowl. Mix it well.
Step 4: Now, toss the pasta into the air fryer and bake it until it is golden and crispy.
To Make The Chip Dip
Step 1: Take about 1-2 tablespoons of feta cheese and Greek yogurt and add it to a blender with some finely minced garlic cloves.
Step 2: Blend till it’s smooth and creamy, without any clumps. Your easy to make, and healthy, snack is ready!
