How To Dress Like Wednesday Addams Every Day

With Tim Burton’s Wednesday becoming the new Netflix show that the Internet can’t stop gushing about, it’s finally cool to dress like a goth dream even when it’s not Halloween.
The most recent iteration of this cult-favourite character has former Disney kid Jenna Ortega essay the titular role in the series. The show has been praised by critics and viewers alike and the ‘Wednesdaycore’ aesthetic has started taking over the internet.
With her signature pigtails and her macabre obsession with death, Wednesday Addams is the true embodiment, we’d say originator even, of gothic-prep style.
This style involves a lot of blacks, obviously, and tailored silhouettes. In the show, the character could be seen wearing midi skirts with blazers, polka-dotted black dresses, peter pan collars, and vintage tulle dresses. She would mostly pair these with chunky Prada loafers that are perfect for school and also for stomping her pesky fellow students if she so wishes.
If you want to emulate the character but are not sure where to start, here are a few ways you can adopt her style into your everyday wardrobe and live your best Wednesday Addams life…
