With the award season well underway, we’ve been treated to tonnes of style inspiration from the award show looks of our favourite celebrities. The recently held Screen Actors Guild (SAG) awards saw an impressive turnout of actors who, along with their team of stylists, brought the glamour in spades to the red carpet.
Remember how we said that the rosettes would be the one accessory from the 90s that’s going to be making a comeback this season? The SAG red carpet proved our theory once again with Zendaya and Cara Delevingne rocking the floral accessory like the style icons they are. The Euphoria star chose for all-out drama with a total of 190 rosettes on her rose pink Valentino gown, while Delevingne stuck to a couple of rosettes on the bodice of her black Carolina Herrera jumpsuit.
Amanda Seyfried went for a bright, apple-green Prada mini dress with a train for a dramatic effect. Abbott Elementary creator Quinta Brunson chose a cheeky scallop-inspired Jean-Louis Sebaji gown.
Everyone’s favourite celebrity of the moment Jennifer Coolidge channelled Brigitte Bardot for her first-ever SAG awards appearance and wore a slinky black Saint Laurent gown with a matching headband in her dramatic, Bardot-esque blonde waves.
Everything Everywhere All At Oncestar Michelle Yeoh was an explosion of sequins in a black and gold Schiaparelli Haute Couture gown that has inspired countless memes already.
