Supermodel sisters Gigi and Bella Hadid are no strangers to getting people talking about their looks, be it on or off the runway. This time they have shocked people with matching looks of shaved heads and bleached eyebrows, paired with a mullet-style wig with blunt bangs in the front.

Turns out, the sisters were a part of the Marc Jacobs’ Fall 2022 showcase in New York and the radical new look was a part of the show.

Held at the New York Public Library, with only 99 guests in attendance, the show saw models walk down the runway with the futuristic punk-rock looks and oversized sweaters paired with towering platforms.

The shaved heads were the work of the iconic hairstylist Duffy and were actually a mix of prosthetics using bald caps.

Both of them shared sneak peeks from backstage as they were getting ready, with Bella posing for her Instagram followers in her off-duty uniform, a white tank and distressed blue jeans, paired with her bleached brows and punk-rock hairdo.

While this new look might be a big departure from the Y2K fantasy of glossy bright lips, long, curtain bangs and a perky ponytail from a few days ago, this is very close to Bella’s recently announced NFT alter ego CY-B3LLA.
