Actor Hansika Motwani took to Instagram to announce her engagement with boyfriend and business partner Sohail Kathuria, finally putting the wedding speculations to rest. Sharing dreamy photos of their fairytale proposal in Paris, France, the actor wrote, “Now and Forever”.
Giving us all the rom-com feels, Sohail went all out and proposed to Hansika in front of the Eiffel Tower and along the breathtaking waters of the Siene River in Paris, as part of a grand romantic gesture featuring candles, red rose petals, firecrackers and rose-embedded marquee letters saying ‘marry me’. In the pictures, Sohail can be seen bending down on one knee to propose to Hansika while she’s gushing with happiness.
Motwani is seen dressed in a gorgeous white strapless dress and clear heels while her fiance is popping the question in a dapper black suit. Messages from several celebrities poured in including Varun Dhawan, Anushka Shetty, Karan Tacker, PV Sindhu and Shivaleeka Oberoi on social media.
For days now, rumours were rife as to Hansika getting hitched by the end of this year, on which she had offered no comment. It remains to be seen though whether the Tamil and Telugu movie star will get married in the first week of December, she’s yet to announce the details of her wedding plans.
However, all we know is that the couple is reportedly planning a destination wedding in Jaipur. They will be jetting off to the pink city with close friends and family for three days of wedding festivities. We also hear that the wedding will take place between December 2 and 4.
