Harry Styles Talks About His Journey With Therapy

Harry Styles has been the man of our dreams since he first walked into the limelight. His undeniable charm, unique style, and insane talent is what makes him one of the biggest stars on the planet today. Since his teen years, Styles has had the attention of the entire world and has constantly been in the public eye. Whether it’s his work or relationships, the ‘Watermelon Sugar’ singer has been subjected to constant scrutiny since he first joined the iconic boy band, One Direction.


Recently, during an interview with Rolling Stone, Styles admitted that he has been putting constant effort into going to therapy and giving his mental health some much-needed care. The singer spoke about how he realised that he needs to give the same importance to his physical, and mental, health. He even admitted to diligently going to therapy once a week, “I felt like I exercise every day and take care of my body, so why wouldn’t I do that with my mind?”

During his sessions, the star discovered a lot more about himself, especially when it comes to facing what he is truly feeling. “So many of your emotions are so foreign before you start analyzing them properly. I like to lean into [an emotion] and look at it in the face. Not like, ‘I don’t want to feel like this,’ but more like, ‘ What is it that makes me feel this way?’”

The singer is still travelling around the world for his second concert tour, Love On Tour, while also gearing up for his upcoming film, Don’t Worry Darling, which will be released in September. But if consider this you Tuesday reminder to focus on your mental health.
