Jenner shares, “I’ve come to a place where I don’t feel bad about it.” The model has found a few ways of starting her day with a “calmer, more positive mindset” and wanted to share them with the world.
The 26-year-old encourages her followers to take deep breaths before even reaching for their phones, spend some time under the sun, write down all the things that they are looking forward to, and express gratitude for all their blessings.
