BTS ARMY is well aware of the fact that V, aka Kim Taehyung, is Mr. Congeniality, with friends across industries (Read: Wooga Squad). So it didn’t come as a big surprise when the ‘Singularity’ singer was spotted having dinner with ‘Album Of The Year’ winner Jon Batiste in Las Vegas last night after the Grammy Awards.

Batiste took to Twitter to share a clip where the BTS member was teaching him how to say ‘It was fun meeting you’ in Korean. Along with this, V shared a couple of photos from their dinner on Instagram.

The Korean singer has been vocal about how much he appreciates Batiste and his music, a sentiment that is reciprocated by the Grammy winner who has commended V and his fellow band members for their exceptional musical skills. Batiste is also a noted jazz musician, especially for his work as a music composer for Pixar’s Soul, and has been pivotal in popularising jazz music to a wider and younger audience around the world. Anyone who’s been following BTS recently knows how much V loves jazz music and that he has been taking saxophone lessons all this while.
