The actress and her husband Nick Jonas had surprised the world by announcing the birth of their child via surrogacy earlier this year.
Later, it was confirmed that the couple had welcomed a baby girl into their family. In a recent interview, the actress’ mother Madhu Chopra revealed that she is yet to meet her granddaughter in person. “I haven’t seen her. I am here and she is in LA. We do Facetime once in a while. I think she is happy and joyous. This is all I can say for now. But maybe when I go and meet her in the middle of the year, I will be able to answer this better.”
She also replied with a “Never say never” for when we can expect to see the actress with the new addition to the family in India.
So if you were hoping to catch a glimpse of the newest star kid on the block any time soon, you might have to wait a little longer!
