Ask any professional make-up artist and they’ll tell you that eye make-up can transform your face. But for people who wear glasses, achieving those bold, fierce eyes can be a lot trickier. We’re not just talking about the fact that most make-up wouldn’t show behind glasses but also the fact that may times products transfer on to your glasses, ruining your make-up while also hindering your vision.

But, lucky for you, beauty TikToker Christiana Ajai recently took social media by storm with her unique, and fun, make-up looks that complemented her glasses. Ajai understood early on in life how hard it is to achieve the perfect eye look with glasses, so she decided to come up with her own artistic version that looks even better behind the glasses. Instructions:

Step 1: With a lighter shade of your favourite concealer, create an outline that is similar to the shape of your glasses around your eyes.

Step 2: Then, blend the concealer on the upper and lower eyelids till the tail of your eyebrow. Blending a lighter concealer will ensure your eyeshadow is a lot more pigmented and shows through your glasses. Next, clean the edges of the outline with a cotton swab or a wet tissue.

Step 3: Once it’s done, add some colour to your upper and lower eyelids. You can also add some graphic lines to bring in more drama and depth. If you have really big glasses that almost cover your eyebrows, add some colour to them to make the look more fun.

Step 4: Finally, clean up the edges with a cotton swab, but make sure that the eye shadow stays within the rim of the glasses. And, you are good to go!
